Mr. Henderson started his real estate career by becoming a renowned house flipper in the Hollywood Hills area of Southern California. His well-designed projects hit a positive nerve with buyers from the entertainment community. He was able to achieve a reputation of delivering uniquely appealing properties that are both profitable, as well as creatively progressive, to the buyers within the fickle niche market of the Hollywood Hills.
His career progressed into being managing partner of a diverse portfolio of larger development projects. His resume of accomplishments include being the managing development partner for the Crescent Hotel Group’s purchase and renovation of a 85 room boutique hotel named the Crescent SF.
The project included the critically acclaimed Burritt Room Bar. After a complete repositioning the project was successfully sold to Charlie Palmer and operates today as The Mystic Hotel.
Henderson was also an integral member of the development team of the repositioning of the Crescent Beverley Hills, a 35-room boutique hotel and restaurant in Beverly Hills, and as a development partner for the firm Cardinal Investments, where he managed projects that included commercial mixed-use, office, and multi-family repositioning.
